Would you like to be part of intelligentVA? You will need to be available on a regular basis, and to be prepared to commit to set hours each week, although the hours are flexible. Work is not guaranteed for these hours, and we will not require you to work solely for us, you must be truly self employed.
As part of the selection process candidates will be required to participate in tests to ensure that all work submitted is to the required high standards.
We cover all aspects of business support and would be grateful if you could submit your list of skills you can cover and rate your level of competence in each area from 1 to 10 with 10 being the most proficient. Where you are offering a skill please also advise if you have any professional qualifications in connection with that skill.
Consideration will be given to the highest standards, as quality is the most important factor here at intelligentVA.
Successful applicants will be required to sign a contract and to ensure that they have the necessary levels of public liability and indemnity insurance and registration with the Information Commissioner in place.
Successful candidates will also be expected to attend a weekly group conference call/webinar in order to ensure that the team is fully briefed each week and to ensure that appropriate cover is in place each week.
Training opportunities will be made available should they be required.

This list is obviously not exhaustive and not everyone will be able to do everything, or will be expected to do everything. Don’t feel you can only apply if you can do all of the above, just let us know what you can do and how proficient you are in each area. As stated before the quality of the work is the key factor here.
